    Rachael Lowell (Ellison) is an executive coach, organizational development practitioner, and leadership expert with over 20 years of experience helping leaders and organizations navigate workplace transformation. She specializes in leadership resilience, workplace culture, and organizational change, equipping executives with the tools to lead with clarity, impact, and adaptability.

    As the creator of SHIFT, Rachael helps leaders bridge personal leadership with organizational success, guiding them from reactivity to intentional, strategic action. Her approach blends evidence-based strategy with practical tools, enabling clients to build sustainable leadership habits and drive meaningful change.

    At Harvard University, Rachael led Dynamic Work initiatives, supporting deans and directors through complex organizational shifts. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, and startups, applying her expertise to help senior executives navigate change, lead with emotional intelligence, and cultivate high-performing workplace cultures.

    Rachael is also the co-host of The Breadwinners podcast and co-host of the Boss Like Belle podcast as the resident leadership expert, where she shares insights on leadership, workplace culture, and career growth.

    She holds a Master’s in Social Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and coaching certifications from Brown University and the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is extensively trained in trauma-informed leadership, cultural competence, and workplace well-being, and is certified in multiple assessment tools, including the Predictive Index and the LEA 360.

    A single mom of two kids and a dog, Rachael lives in Boston, MA, where she finds balance through hiking local trails and singing whenever she can.
